Founded in 2001, the company is a medium-sized sole proprietorship machining enterprise specialized in producing accessories or spare parts for automobile, oilwell equipment, fitness equipment and door industrial, with the processes characteristic of turning and grinding. The company covers an area of 6,800 square meters, construction area of 7,000 square meters, with fixed assets of about 35million RMB, and a staff of over 100. It owns more than 100 sets of mechanical processing equipments, including 73 sets of advanced CNC lather, such as TSUGAMI B020-V-type,Korea Hyundai Kia VX380Ti and Taiwan Leadwell T6, meanwhile, also equipped a variety of over 100 sets (pieces) quality inspection instruments, like salt spray test machine, TR-200 roughometer, EV-3020 projector, HR-150 hardometer. For the time being, Jingda has the annual production capacity of valve seat rings in engine intake and exhaust system 2.5 million sets, exhaust pipe fitting 1.5 million pieces, motor shaft in idle control valve 1.0 million pieces, oilwell drilling equipment parts (perforating charge case)6 million pieces. Annual output reaches 60 million RMB.
